• Responsible for the OE sales and business development in Japan Markets.
• Coordination between OEM and HQ to ensure the strategic growth and support to be given for QA, Logistics, Supply, Warehousing.
• Take ownership of the OEM specific RFQ by continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Gather market information for the purpose of planning strategic decisions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales while maintaining or exceed company profit target.
• Support of R&D and OEM related engineering and development departments in the role of automotive engineer activities during the growing period not be specified.
• Develop good relationships with OEM technical departments;
• Manage the OE product development process to support OE business growth in Southeast Asia.
• Manage critical discussions with OE customer personnel related to product development.
- Capacity Required

• Over 5 years’ work experience of tire or automotive parts sales with OEMs.
• Willing to work with challenge.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Open, dynamic, team work and cross-cultural communication.
• In depth knowledge of tire sales, OEM projects management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
