• Make market survey in Europe to get tire development trend and customer needs;
• Follow up testing results and make feedback;
• Cooperate with tire design department in product development with compound improvement proposal;
• Communicate with raw material suppliers on technical exchange, trial testing and trial cooperation;
• Make compound development based on markets and company’s requirement.
- Capacity Required

• Over 10 years’ compounding development experience for PCR;
• Rich experience with raw material quality management and tyre quality analysis;
• Familiar with tyre production process;
• English communication.
