On July 23, 2016, Linglong Tire signed tripartite strategic cooperation agreement on natural rubber purchasing and transportation with Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group and Singapore Goodpack. Chen Ming, Chairman of Guangken Rubber Group, Yang Fuyun, general manager of Guangken Rubber Group; Michael.Liew, vice CEO of Singapore Goodpack, Cheng Haiming, general manager of ChinaGoodpack; Li Zhi, deputy general manager of LLIT, and Anna Lv, CFO of Linglong Tire attended the signing ceremony.

Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group is the first domestic rubber enterprise to achieve international industrial layout with largest-scale oversea rubber industry chain. It set up seven processing plants and five large-scale rubber planting bases in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries. Guangken is Linglong Tire’s important rubber supplier.

Singapore Goodpack is the world's largest rubber container supplier, which is leader of global green rubber packing. Its core product "Goodpack Container" is a safe, efficient, environmental-friendly solution of packing, which can keep the rubber clean without pollution in the process of transportation.

This signing ceremony means that Linglong has become the first Chinese tire company to use international standards to pack and transport rubber. In 2016, focusing on the side reform of supplying, Linglong tries to enhance the quality of the products and strengthen the control of raw materials, production process and product quality control. In addition, Linglong will optimize logistics network and transport links in China and Thailand, reduce operating costs to further enhance the market competitiveness.
