Linglong 2016 China Truck Racing Champion was opened in Chengdu
On June 26th, 2016, Linglong Tire 2016 China Truck Racing Champion opening ceremony and first match was held in Chengdu. This is the second year for Linglong being the title sponsor of CTR. Total 11 teams took part in this match including Linglong Tire, Auman GTL, Chenglong Vehicle, Hualing Xingma, covering several major brands in home like Auman, FAW, Dongfeng, Jianghuai, Shaanqi and so on. CTR is the only truck match which was listed in National Sports Competition Project.
This match attracted 20 top-class racers from home and aboard, total 20 racing truck. Four champion racer from European Truck Racing launched a fierce match with racers from China. This match is widely spread by plenty of outstanding medias like CCTV-5, Guangdong Sport Channel, Auto Fan Magazine, Truck Home, Automotive Observer, Youku Automotive Channel, becoming the most attractive auto sports with biggest scale spread.
Linglong Tire, as the official tire of this match, providing guatantee for racers, after intense competition, Zero kilometer lubricating oil fleet won the championship of Chengdu station.
Over the last few years, Linglong continues to increase the investment of sports sponsor, expands brand awareness by sponsoring sport activity, attending international tire expos, contributing to public benefit activities and so on. After 2014, Linglong continuously sponsored European Football League, VfL Wolfsburg Football Club, China Truck Racing Champion, Rachaburi Mitr Phol FC, and NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, built high-end brand image.
On June 22th, 2016, Worldbrand Lab announced the list of 2016 "500 Most Valuable Brand in China", Linglong Tire listed on 125th, with brand value reaching 25.385 billion CNY. This is the best prove for Linglong promoting brand construction.
