Sponsored by the China Auto News, "2009 China's fuel-efficient tire evaluation" activities have selected final five domestic and international brands with eight products awarded 2009 Annual fuel-efficient tires award after more than three months selection and a scientific, authoritative and professional rolling resistance coefficient and road fuel consumption measurement. "Linglong Group's "Linglong" brand all-steel radial tires315/80R22.5LLF06 and Semi-steel radial tire 195/60R15R618 two products returned with honors and have become the only selected national brand showing the super R & D capability and technical standards of Chinese enterprises.
In recent years, Linglong Group takes scientific development as guidance, relies on tire industry park and regard tire as main trade, until now it has built ten major projects of combined heat and power, steel, cement, carbon black, reinforcing agent etc. And it has formed the circular economy industrial chain of taking energy as protection, raw materials as auxiliary, machinery manufacturing as basis and tire production as the core. And also it has built the "Trinity-style" marketing system based on the enterprise, covering the whole country and looking around the world and it has developed to undertake 863 state plans, state-level Torch Program and many other scientific and technological innovation projects. Through the new structure high-strength reinforcing materials research applications, the tire rolling resistance was reduced by 30%, to a world-class automobile factory matching requirements, to reduce fuel consumption about 5% and reduce CO2 emissions.
The award-winning all-steel radial tire 315/80R22.5 LLF06, using a large saturation vertical pattern and special recipe formula can significantly reduce rolling resistance. 195/60R15 R618 using today's very popular asymmetric patterns that makes tire safety performance, noise and rolling resistance achieve the best design. Until now, the Group has more than 20 products to fill the gaps made in China and has won more than 200 patents in China, United States and Australia etc. Successively it has created eight “first” and six new records.
