November 7, 2009, the fourteenth release Conference of a new record of Chinese companies i.e. High Level Forum on independent innovation of Chinese enterprises was held in Jinan that is cooperated between the China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association and Shandong Provincial People's Government, there are 357 enterprises that have created 1370 new records and have passed the validation of Examination Committee of Chinese enterprises, and have published 300 important projects. Delicate Group has three key innovative textbook that have passed the validation and have been selected to be released as important projects. Linglong Group was rated as "excellent Chinese enterprises on new records of innovation" and "National Model Enterprise on Independent Innovation" And Wang Feng, the President of Linglong Group has been rated as the "national entrepreneurs for promoting independent innovation".
